Grants and loans information top the charts

We've had a busy week this week with nearly 400 calls to our England and Scotland Support Lines. ‘Grants, Loans and Money' advice accounted for 39.5% of calls this week, staying in the top spot. This was followed by ‘Personal' issues with 21% of calls, ‘Working Conditions' with 13.3% and ‘Careers' with 12%.

Our online InfoCentres have continued to be busy with over 3,700 factsheet views in England and Scotland. Last week we told you about the most popular factsheets. This week we're looking at new and updated factsheets available.
