TAKE OUR VIOLENCE AND DISRUPTION SURVEY
Teachers' powers to control violence and disruption have changed considerably in recent years.

When the legislation currently working its way through Parliament comes in to force, they are set to change again. Teacher Support Network would like your help to ensure that any legislative changes protect your health and wellbeing as much as possible.

By completing our short survey, you will significantly help our campaign to ensure than any legislative changes protect your health and wellbeing as much as possible. It shouldn’t take more than five minutes and can be found here.

Teacher Support Network’s Chief Executive, Julian Stanley, said: “Our previous surveys on violence and disruption, in 2005 and 2007, have played a key role in bringing this vital issue to the attention of Government and other stakeholders.

“Now that action is taking place in response, it is vital that people know what teachers really think about current and proposed policies.

“We know that disruption can severely harm teacher health and wellbeing. If enough teachers participate in this survey, I hope that the results will help us influence policy in the interests of the profession.”
