All of us at Teacher Support Network are wishing Stephen Lienert and Hayley Ager good luck for their 26-mile run in the London Marathon on Sunday.

Here's some details about them:

Reason for running: My mother was and my sister still is a teacher. I know how much my sister works - often for not a whole lot of recognition. So any support I can help with is surely worth it!

Hayley Ager
Hayley Ager

Name: Hayley Ager
Event: London Marathon
Town/County: London

Reason for Running: I am a Drama teacher at Sutton Grammar School in Sutton and have taught drama for over 6 years in primary, secondary, special needs and adult workshops. I took up running last year for a charity `10k event and enjoyed the challenges it offered and since then have done a couple of halves and now am trying to complete the full one. I wanted to raise money for teacher support network as being a  teacher myself it is a profession I love and want to support and also I had to retrain with my GTP at 27 and could have done with the support and have lost 2 of my mothers close friends recently, both teachers, who with their families would have benefited from some emotional support. So I want to run for teachers everywhere and for the memory of the teachers who inspired me to go into this profession.
