We have a range of services available to suit your needs including:
Our InfoCentres with over 1000 factsheets covering a wide range of
issues including money advice, how to cope with bereavement, mental
health, diet and nutrition and how to manage stress. It also covers a
range of education-specific issues such as how to get into teaching or
lecturing, how to cope with a disruptive pupil and information on
career development.
Our Online Coaching service is available to you to Ask A Question of a
qualified coach, or you can sign up for on-going coaching. You may find
this service useful for example, for work-related issues, career
development, relationship difficulties or anger management issues.
Our free phone Support Lines are available 24/7 to support you whatever
your needs – whether this is a one-off question, coaching or
counselling support, money advice or financial assistance, our team of
support staff and qualified coaches and counsellors are on hand to help
you.
