How do I use Online Support?

Go to the Online Support page here and fill in your details.

Enter your email address, what you’d like support with and select the category that best matches your issue. Click submit to send to our Online Support team and you’ll receive a response within 48 hours.

If you’ve never used the service before then you will be asked to create an Online Support account. This is very easy to do and only requires your email address (or a User ID), a password, first and last name.

Once you’ve created your account you’ll be able to log in at any time to see any updates or view past responses.

What happens when I press submit?

When you press submit your details will be sent to one of our trained coaches who will reply to you within 48 hours.

It might be that you only need some information from us, or it might be that you need a little more support. In that case your coach will work with you and you might have an exchange of several emails over a longer period of time.

You always have the option to call our Support Line at any time if you’d like to speak to someone directly. If your coach isn’t specifically available that day then any one of our trained coaches can talk to you or we can arrange for your personal coach to give you a call back.
