We provide practical and emotional support to staff in the education sector and their families. We aim to help teachers and thier families regardless of age, length of service or union affiliations to improve wellbeing, quality of life and career effectiveness.

About our services

We have a range of services available to suit your needs: Our InfoCentres with over 1400 factsheets covering a wide range of issues including money advice, how to cope with bereavement, mental illness, diet and nutrition and how to manage stress. Our Online Coaching service is available to you to ask one question at a time, or you can register to become a member.

Our History

Teacher Support Network celebrated 130 years of service to teachers. You may know us as the Teachers Benevolent Fund, or the Benevolent and Orphan Fund of the National Union of Teachers, which spawned Teacher Support Network. Our name has been around since 1999, but our story is much, much older. Find out more.
